Recent updates on 10th Bipartite Settlement ..IBA Has asked bank to make provisioning for arrears of settlement by 31st march 2014....

Settlement already made on merging of Dearness allowance by 60.15% at current Basic Pay.. it is expected that there would be 25% increment as settlement component by IBA..expected starying DA would be around 30%.

Starting salary expected to be Rs 42000/-

IBA Agrees to pay 5% increase on current Gross Pay slip....i don't think banker's are beggar ? Government and Mr Finance Minister intention are now clearly spelled. This is election time and there are 8 lacs strong voters....Government must remember this..

Now A mere offer of 9.50% by IBA, deferring the union strike was the worst move by union....

It is heard that settlement is expected on 17th..with 18.5% hike... ;D

IBA has shown some interest in Union approach....but 25% hike not accepted...as per talk on 17th september...let's modi to decide as he is busy in hosting Chinese president...Hopefully next week will be the D day for bankers....10th Bipartite Settlement

Government Asked Bankers to Justify their Salary .....Why should be they paid when their organization are running under loss and there is hefty burden of NPA ? This was the suggestion given by New IBA negotiation committee..

I don't know how to react with this comment but a complete failure by the Union of Banker's to meet their demand..

Banker's Four days strike from 21st January to 24th January Called off. IBA ensure to settle the wage rows by first week of feb 2015.

IBA Offers increased by 0.5% to 13% Now....Union comes down from 19.5 to 17%......Again Call for strike from 25th To 28th Feb....Hope that time Union settle on 13.50%

10th Bipartite Settlement finally done@15%. IBA agrees on bankers demand of alternate Saturday off. The average hike is approx 22.69%.
