What is Interim Budget and Vote on Account ?

Union Budget of India define Interim Budget and Vote on Account. Both are different as per the definition of Budgets.

1. Interim Budget  : An Interim Budget is the complete financial statement which consist of accounts, including both expenditure and receipts.Interim Budget are almost the full Budget.

2. Vote On Account : It deals only with the expenditure side of the government's budget,

Major Changes are generally not mentioned in the Interim Budget like Income Tax Slab changes etc.
